Have you ever played one? One against impossible odds? An endgame you couldn't run from?
Did everything right and failed nonetheless? Left no stone unturned, but destiny arrived all the same?
Did the universe conspire against you in this game of virtue; of ambition; of passion; of love; of the noblest cause you know; leaving you shattered in many ways?
What do you do; my friend? How do you recover from something you cannot reason with? Something that defies logic? Something that causes hurt beyond measure?
I have struggled, I really have, coping in my own ways. You may have too, thinking, how could it have been any different?
May be, just may be, that's the point, it couldn't.
Let the struggle not bog us down, for we need to go on; go on with all our might, to do what's right; to make the universe relent, to win the most important game of all, the game of life.
