Fly high; Oh dear one, fly high
It is about time you realize
Your true calling is in the skies
For far too long, you have chosen to rest
Cozying up to the confines of your nest
You fly when you wish to please yourself
But that doesn't cease life's longing for itself
Vaulting to gorge on every fruit is your want
While soaring towards the sun is worth a vaunt
So go on beyond your desires mundane
To figure out what is truly germane
Easier said than done you may say
But lazying is hastening your doomsday
Overcome the moments of inaction on the lowly tree
With verve and vitality, you must spring free
To live life is to fly high
Once in a while heaving a sigh
For the journey will bring rosy adulation
And also its fair share of tribulation
Thrusting you against the gust,
The downpour or scorching heat and dust
It is the devout submission to conditions tough
That bring forth a diamond in the rough
So flap those Wings of Fire
Against all of life's ire
